Allright, you KU fans, what's the latest on the NCAA Violations?

Haven't seen anything in print, but a buddy of mine says that most of the allegations are with FB and MBB.

Anyone?

He was obviously referring to the well-known ineptitude of the KCMO school district. Either his statement seriously flew over your head, or you are purposefully obtuse. Either way I thought his meaning was obvious.

Not being obtuse at all, if you are going to talk about the Kansas City School District do so, if you are going to talk about school districts in Kansas City that is another thing.

It’s not a matter of semantics it’s a matter of accuracy, for too long people have claimed don’t move into the City because the Schools are bad, when the truth is only one District servicing the City is bad.

Thank you, Mr. Maher. Like there isn't a bill run up the flagpole every year in Missouri demanding intelligent design be taught.

Everyone knows what he was talking about including you. You are just tyring to pin him down on semantics because of the weakness of your smack on the state of Kansas, et al.

The language in #11 (Lack of institutional control) is significant. KU could be in real trouble. Here's a link to the entire laundry list:

Thanks for the laugh.

Kansas isn't the Rome of college basketball... if there's anybody that is, it's Duke.

I thought that lack of institutional control was THE most serious violation the NCAA can level at your school. I think Oklahoma was facing it and were trying to plea bargain it down, weren't they?

I can't speak for every Tiger fan, but I know to me and my friends/school mates, kU is the scum we wipe off the bottom of our shoes after a trip through the sewer.

Rome? Hardly. The Mongol hordes? Possibly.
