Secondly, LJ would have started for Green Bay, NY Giants, Tampa Bay, the Titans, the Dallas Cowboys and the Seattle Seahawks this year. The only playoff teams he wouldn't have started for this year were San Diego and possibly, the Patriots (who basically use RBBC). So PLEASE, stop with the BS. |

This is what I'll say just off the top of my head..if we're gonna play this as Johnson has only slightly declined since 2-3 years ago... The 2 you mentioned.. Steven Jackson I suspect the Bills would stick with the cheaper young Lynch I don't think the Pats would take him but that doesn't mean he's not on par with Maroney or even better. I mean I can go through a lot of these teams but a bunch of them use 2 guys or have cheap guys....I don't see him starting for nearly every team. I'd wager it's closer to half and half. |

Oh yeah, I forgot, LJ carried over 400 times in one season. His career is over. If he had not carried so many times his ankle would not have got rolled over and injured. Mecca genius at its best.

If the Cowboys had a healthy LJ this year, they'd be in the Super Bowl. Barber's a backup - Jones is the starter. Neither player bring what LJ brings. Not even close. If Green Bay had a healthy LJ, they'd be in the Super Bowl this year. The man is a great running back. |

Marion Barber started the playoff game for the simple reason he's better....they'll likely draft another back to split with Barber....which is smart.
And if LJ is so damn good why is it everyone wishes we traded him now? |

Yea we'll see he got paid, age generally isn't good for his position either.
This league is going more to having the good stable of RB's above having 1 dominant back. |

I also like how the carry history totally goes over peoples heads at times. Once again like I said if he is so damn great, why is it everyone went from before the year wanting to pay him to a couple months go saying we made a mistake? |

Who is "everyone"? A bunch of white people in KC that feel like LJ is too "black" for their community? Or real NFL people? As far as Dallas is concerned, now that Parcells and his people are gone (4 coaches and Jeff Ireland), I fully expect the Cowboys to go back to sucking, just like they did under Dave Campo. |
