I honestly didn't realize it was him at first, then someone said That's Cassel down...I was like, whoa...is he really hurt? It didn't look like that bad of a hit. Then he laid down for a long time and Quinn was warming up, and I can honestly say my thought was, well, I hope it's nothing permanent but let's bring on Quinn.
The Ravens did what Romeo should have done. Too bad it had to come to that.

When I saw it on TV it was right at the point where he lifts his head and you can clearly see that he was glassy eyed. I told my buddy watching the game here 'oh shit, he get KTFOED. Now lets get him out of the game.'
