The first time I watched 24, I kept trying to figure out what else President David Palmer had been in. I didn't recognize is face, but certainly recognized his voice. Finally it hit me....Pedro Cerano!

The original is one of my favorite flicks. The franchise went rapidly downhill after that, IMO.
