I prefer bacon to be lean, crispy and devoid of fat lumps. In restaurants, I always order it "Extra crispy" to avoid eating limp and sometimes raw bacon.

I remember going way out in the country to a kegger at this cool farm house. There were tons of people there.
Their mom and dad cooked up one heck of a breakfast the next morning for those who weren't still past out. Must have been the best i've ever eaten. |
