And the Chiefs have not been consistent playoff contenders since he left. If he ends up in Tampa, he'll do a good job.

I dont know why any team would hire Wade Phillips again??

I guess at least you know what your getting with him....8-11 wins a year....maybe win a playoff game or two in 3 or 4 seasons, but ultimately a disappointing team. Keeps those turnstiles spinning i guess....
