Senior Bowl 2016

Practice and game this week.

Quote:
MOBILE, Ala. (Jan. 19) -- For the first time in a decade, ESPN will televise Reese’s Senior Bowl practices. The network will broadcast both the North and South practices live from Ladd-Peebles Stadium on Wednesday and Thursday on ESPNU.

Chris Cotter will host the network’s two-hour shows and will be joined by analysts Bill Polian, Louis Riddick and Todd McShay. Quint Kessenich will provide sideline coverage for ESPN’s eight hours of live programming.

As an organization, we are so pleased to have ESPN and ESPNU on board with us this year,” Savage said. “With wall-to-wall coverage on ESPNU, the Reese's Senior Bowl will expand its media footprint to a wider audience and provide even more national exposure to our players.”

The network also plans to provide live reports during its flagship show, ‘SportsCenter,’ as well as its NFL-featured shows, ‘NFL Insiders’ and ‘NFL Live.’ ESPN last televised practices at the Reese’s Senior Bowl in 2006.

NFL Network will also broadcast from Reese’s Senior Bowl practices and will air its coverage in three one-hour primetime shows on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

It will also broadcast the game live for the 10th consecutive year.
The 67th Reese’s Senior Bowl is scheduled for January 30 at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile. Kickoff is at 1:30p.m. CT

So many Notre Dame players that I would draft this year. There is no way that I come out of this draft without looking like a huge homer.

I'm wondering if Dorsey will look at this DL class and go for one in Rd 2 or 3 while getting a WR or OL Rd 1?

I have a bad feeling OT will be the pick at 28 bc FA doesn't appear to have anyone we can afford and the draft falls off a cliff for the position after the top 50.

He's quick as shit....but definitely needs a season or two in the weight room to put on more strength. Unfortunately for us, I think his best fit in a 4-3. I don't think he's going to fall far enough for us to draft him strictly to use him in our nickle or dime packages.

I don't think I'd be that upset with a tackle in the first round, if it's a guy that can swing over and play LT as well. I'd rather get a vet rt but cost wise it may be tough.

It all depends on Howard and Smith. If we can't get either one of those guys to come back....then I say we sign a RT in FA and go WR/DL in the 1st. CB on the 2nd day along with a QB.

I think you can find a good solid corner in free agency or already on the roster.

Same with the rt, really.

I don't know if you can with the wr spot though.

I think Prosise is the most underrated of all of them. No way is he the tenth-best RB in the draft. Kenyan Drake ahead of him? At worst he's probably the 5th best.

Stanley is probably the most overrated. Not that he's bad, but I don't see a top 10 player IMO.

Not sure if you've gotten to watch Travis Greene from Bowling Green at all, but he can play, too. Good tackle breaker, fast, and agile... just misses the best hole sometimes.

Contemplated taking him out of the top 10 entirely. I don't like him at all. Honestly see him as having more of a Trent Richardson future than an Eddie Lacy future. He runs upright, he hits the hole slow. His biggest assets were hitting the gaping holes at Alabama and using his long stride to beat defenders down field. Only reason I've left him in is that I'll concede the outside shot that I'm wrong. If I were a GM, he wouldn't be on my board, I can say that.

By the way, want to add that if Kenyan Drake would have stayed healthy at 'Bama, Henry never touches a Heisman (that McCaffrey deserved anyhow).

I have. I like him, but he doesn't touch my top 10. He doesn't actually hit my top 15. He's a good late round/UDFA flier though that could surprise.
