2a has to be one of those LBers like Kindle or Griffen they will be long gone by our 2b, I think Cam Thomas or Mount Cody have a better chance of falling to our 2b

There will still be guys like Gilyard and Damian Williams. Probably in the 3rd.

Eric Berry, Terrence Cody, Brandon Spikes. Close your eyes and imagine how much better that makes our D. Awesome.

I hope Romeo wraps his hands around Pioli's neck and forces him to go defense with both of these 2nd Rounders.

Spikes can be had in the 4th, getting him is not a dream scenario, it's a logical one.
And yes I think Benn and Tate are gonna go here fast, and I actually think Williams is the most ready to play, he'd be a solid 2b pick. |

I wouldn't spend a high second rounder on a slot receiver. We need a starting OLBer or NT, here, IMO.

I read some teams were down on tate a little cause of his size. He would be an awesome pick also.

Dunlap has no position in this defense...and Spikes awful 40 dropped him 4th round is basically his best case.

I think there is a good chance Clausen falls to us.
My reason for saying that, Im just simply agreeing with Marriucci's take. The Vikings are a team that is set up in a position to win now. Brett will probably come back and play another year or two and plus they already have a young quarterback in Tavarris Jackson. They're not that far off as far as contending is concerned. They have other positions on the team right now that could be addressed such as OL, possibly DE, or safety. Ray Edwards want a new contract, are the vikes gonna sign him? or could they draft a guy like Everson Griffen? They need safety help bad. Could their pick be Taylor Mays? Or what about the Interior of the line? Roger Saffold could be a good pick for them. Even though he is listed to play OT, teams could take advantage of his versitility and plug him in as a guard. I think the Vikes have a lot of options to choose from. I wouldn't necessarily lock it down that Clausen is going to be their pick. |

Vikings probably go Carlos Dunlap. He fits the 4-3 and is pretty good value here.
