Of course, yes. But these guys are fundamentally goofing and a QB can get this turned around, but it'll take some games to do it.

You know, most of this can be solved in the locker room imo. They are all down in the mouth and have come to the realization coaching isn't going to fix this anymore. The players are on their own when it comes to pop warner basics. Can't find the handle, can't tackle/play gaps, can't catch.

It's about the psychology of the team too. You have got to get this locker room on notice and get these guys figuring out how to play together on their own. That's what Haley did and it worked.

I think the best way to handle this is to nip it in the bud -- bench the QB, let them all know "we are going this way" and start over. But, they need to back Quinn the same way. You have to do this with that position imo and to me that's where you just sit Stanzi and keep going.

If your latest change isn't doing what needs done by the end of game 4, make another change and keep going.
