While not this specifically....I always had my doubts about how the computer would always come back and make it close with miraculous shots, etc.

I thought the same of madden in the 90's.

Good for this guy though.

I would have probably coded elway or sharpe to get their leg broken in week one if I was on the madden dev team

That's generally par for the course with early sports games. Had to make the game "fair" without having any sort of semblance of a real AI.

What you mean when I dunked a game winner and the ball was leaving the net they would swat it back out and not count.

Same thing with the ghosting fouls, come out of no where. Football does the same..
