I really wish we could have a ballot every year to put the bottom 2% of the population to death. Put their crimes up on video in the ballot box and say, "Here's the most wretched 10% of the population. Vote on which 2% you want to see removed from society for good." And then the army goes to their house and puts a bullet in them quickly and hygienically.
