Pretty sure it was Cooper who had one go through his arms when Thomas got injured, he dove down into Thomas' knee trying to pick the ball and it went right through him.

Mmm. Poe had a knockdown but I don't think you can expect a NT to successfully snag a batted ball.

Houston had a great chance at one as well, now that I'm thinking about it. I can't remember the time stamp but he could easily have snagged it had he had a microsecond more time to react to it.

Dem. T was a stud wr in the making before pfm arrived. Decker was also solid.
Does pfm make receivers better? Absolutely as long as they learn his ways.
But imho it's inaccurate to say those two wr's were thought of as nothings before pfm came around.

This is true...

And one thing's for sure, it must be nice to know you have something like Manning running your offense. I'm not sure it was the same, but when we had Trent I think we knew we A) had a pretty smart guy, B) he knew that you had to throw the ball over the D's hands, C) that with 00:00 on the clock in the half you don't just run for stats-sake, D) that the last two plays that happened last night would have never happened while he wore the uniform.

Enjoy Manning while you have him, Lord knows it makes half of your team awesome even before the ball is snapped and that much better once it is...

Our receivers dropped balls, didn't catch with their hands,didn't catch the ball at it's highest point and failed to get separation all game long and that's NOT on Alex Smith.

Bowe has always dropped balls. Always. Yet for some reason all of KC's previous inept QB's could still find him for 80 some odd receptions per year.

I can't believe some people think Smith is somehow much better than those other scrubs because he doesn't throw as many picks. They all suck. Instead of taking shots down field and enjoying those risks and rewards, he goes three and out - whoopie!!
