34 - 20 Seattle.

Seattle's D is just too talented.

This.

Pocket passers are protected.

Say it 1,000x in your mind. Imbed it.

Manning runs an offense that he designs, allows him to throw 5-15 yard passes all game long, and the NFL rules back him (for that matter, any QB.)

There is absolutely no reason for Manning to retire.

Win or lose...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

This is more like what I'm thinking as well. I think this game Denver runs into the wrong team, one that can punch them in the mouth and keep it coming. I think Seattle wins the battle of the trenches on both sides of the ball and that makes it a long day for the Donx. If the refs throw out the Manning Doctrine and actually let them play and call a fair game, I have no doubt Seattle will win.

It will be a battle, but I don't think SEA has 34 in them... Both teams score in the 20's. I think both teams will struggle to establish the run, adv Denver. Add in crap weather and it's a coin flip.

Should be a great battle.

Denver wins 27-10. Seattle doesn't have the offense to match up and Manning will neutralize their pass rush, he's too damn good.

Yeah, his main claim to fame is that he had the best game of any QB in the Super Bowl based on QB rating. Now, you might prefer Steve Young's six TD passes, but Simms had the best game based on rating.

I don't get some of these predictions? Denver, who couldn't score more than 26 against crap defenses in 60 degree weather at home, is going to lay 27+ on Seattle's D in 25 degree weather? You guys want to lay any action on that?
