Any CP'ers with the capability of reverse lookups?
My girlfriend and I have been getting a shit-ton of texts for the last couple of months from some random guy (who has apparently been crushing on her for quite a while) and we are sick of it. I know in the past the Planet has had some pretty good sleuths. I won't supply the number in the OP, but it's getting to the point of ridiculousness. So, I'm calling upon the power of the Planet! (at the VERY least, a couple thousand text bombs from various numbers should provide good entertainment). I would just call the guy, but that's probably exactly what he wants. Ideas?

so, since we are goin racial, I'm willing to bet Op and girl are white. lol "Gee willigers, this sounds like a family bonding event" on a more serious note... this is all where after the deranged lunatic gets fed up and fatally attacks one of them, we all read the news about this story and wonder why they never went to the cops initially.

And do not believe woman, they are venomous liars when it comes to things like this lol worse than men. I'm willing to bet she has a better idea of who it might be than she's leading on.

I don't know...doesn't really seem like a cops issue to me.

Nothing in the text to McFly was threatening or offensive and the individual was simply responding to instigation put forth by McFly. (And who knows what they initially sent - you could be opening up a whole new can of worms for CP'ers as the cops, if involved, could also start investigating the texts sent from members here and who knows what those dumb bastards might have sent, as well as you providing said number and instigating the unilateral CP assault on said individual.)

I'd stay as far away from the cops on this one as I could at this point. You've basically killed their potential for involvement until a real crime occurs.
