No real Chiefs fan would root for the Broncos.

I can't believe how many people that call themselves Chiefs fans rooting for Denver. GTFO of here with that bullshit.

I did root for them when Elway was toward the end of his career. When they won this place got over taken by a bunch of Bronco trolls so I won't root for them again.

Well it's two fold, no chief fan WANTS to cheer for the broncos, but some chiefs fans will never root for an NFC team either. Personally I usually fall in the later category however I remember the Seahawks used to be an AFC west team too, so I easily rooted for the Seahawks this superbowl. Looks like I'm going to win at least 40 bucks too.

But I'm not going to be mad at someone who only roots for the AFC in a Super Bowl.

Well, BandwagonChiefsFan for one.

This quote came from the superbowl gameday thread:

Living in Seattle and I hate the Seachickens almost as much as I hate the Donks. The truly was my worst nightmare of a Super Bowl. The 12th man thing that they stole from A&M is old and they don't even do it right. Now I am going to have to listen to this crap for a whole year. Kill me now!!!!

Seahawks deserve EVERY bit of this mfer... never had the title and earned it against the biggest hype out there, no BS calls, no controversy... just. pure. dominance.

Eat on it Denver, use it for sustenance during these long, dark times, but mostly just EAT ON IT... you aren't so great, you cant buy championships, nothing is OWED to you, a rent a HOFer is NO guarantee, either.

So again, sorry, but not really, because you guys would have NEVER shut up... so again, **** you and your soft bitch team, yeah... it feels good.

I have to say, I'm kinda torn on this.

I get the division rival thing, but on the other hand if your division rival loses and you've lost twice to them it makes everyone in the conference look like a lesser team as well.

As a Niner fan, I found myself rooting for Denver, but I wasn't sad that Seattle won. Why? Because we beat them in our house... In my mind, I can make a justification that we were arguably the 2nd best team this season.
