I think the opposite of that. You should be able to hit on every pick. Not miss. Only time you take a chance is if you have a lot of extra picks or if you don't have any immediate needs and are set for the next several years. Otherwise, in a draft that's as good as this, it would be beyond stupid to take a big chance at 1 when you don't have a 2nd.
