He is quite limited in terms of his technical abilities at the position and has based whatever he's shown on the field due his athletic ability for his size. However, at 30 with a reoccurring back problem, those athletic abilities become less and less impactful.

And the facts are, the guy had one good season, one mediocre season and the rest were absolute dog shit.

You don't pay 10 million a year for that unless you are absolutely desperate - much like the Dolphins are at this point.

Both Stephenson and Fisher have much better upside. Much.
