I watched the game on TV and probably had a better view of Kush's performance from the cameras than you did from your seat.

Rishaw Johnson had by far the more impressive performance between him, Kush, and Rok Watkins. Johnson looked phenomenal 90% of the time, but the 10% of the time that he wasn't on point was pretty terrible. He was shoved back on his ass, turnstiled, and abused. Kush, meanwhile, just looked overmatched most of the time. In pass protection unless he was helping on a double team block, he really struggled to even slow down his man.

I'm not going to count on Kush for anything unless he makes drastic improvements in the offseason. I can't say at this point that I feel too comfortable letting Hudson walk and using Kush to take his place.

Absolutely. We'd be rolling the dice just as equally on someone like ASJ or Amaro. And given the Chiefs' need at WR, I also would probably take Lee over Ealy or Van Noy. It'd be close, though.

There's nothing wrong with the Lee pick. People are bitching that there are some good WRs available right now, but for crying out loud, there are going to be good WRs available in EVERY round of this draft.

When you get into deep position classes like WR is in this draft, you don't just not take a WR just for the sake of getting another one in a later round. Lee obviously has something that these 3rd round guys do not have, and that something is pretty valuable to the Chiefs.

I didn't say Hudson walk I'd start him at guard if kush can't do it move him back to center. I personally was impressed with our bench in that game gives me some hope for future.

Not banking on anything especially Dressler. But the thought of Joe McKnight 2011 to 2012 is pretty good. He was over a 1000 yds those 2yrs. with 1 TD each.

When you get into deep position classes like WR is in this draft, you don't just not take a WR just for the sake of getting another one in a later round. Lee obviously has something that these 3rd round guys do not have, and that something is pretty valuable to the Chiefs.

I think Kush showed really good technique. To me, he needs to get stronger and call better protections.

I just see that there is not as huge a drop off in the WR position from rounds 1 to 3 as there is in any other position. So if we add another position, not OL, we would actually add more talent to the team overall.
