So in a third and long situation do we put Hali's hand in the dirt and stack Ford behind him? That would be some sick pass rush with Houston coming from the other side and Poe eating up the middle.

I wanted a defensive playmaker, and we drafted one.

The more also makes sense in terms of the salary cap and current contracts.

If you have two more consistent pass rushing threats on the field then you can get by with Berry/Abdullah/Commings(???) playing deep IMO.

Problem is KC is short on those two pass rush threats at the moment, unless Walker, Ford and/or an Linebacker TBNL prove to be that consistent threat.
