Good grief, how can a multi-millionaires brother get caught up in some BS like this?

Apparently some guys would rather use that kind of leverage to get over instead of getting right, its real hard to feel sorry...

For all we know he was exiting a club with a girlfriend and was hit by a stray bullet. I don't have nearly enough information to draw such conclusions.
