My favorite salad mix as of late (Costco sells in 1.5lb bag) is Taylor Farm's Organic Super Greens mix (kale, spinach, swiss chard).

I have yet to see that there. I used their organic Spring Mix but it tends to go bad there's so much of it. Only if we can eat it all in the same week. I'll have to try this one. I like all three of those.

The organic spring mix from Costco was my previous favorite. Same issue - the purple lettuce would always wilt and go bad too quickly. The Taylor Farm's mix tends to last much longer.
