Dupree is interesting. His explosive measurements are off the charts, but his quick isn't nearly impressive. In fact, his 3 Cone time is absolutely ****ing horrible (one of the very worst for his position) and his shuttle times are pretty bad as well.

If they draft Dupree, he's going to have to play the dedicated pass rusher as Hali does. That's going to be his one function in the NFL. Pin your ears back and go get the QB son. He's explosive, fast and strong. He'll need to work on a couple of moves to be truly effective, but he could end up being a better version of Tamba Hali if he gets those moves down.

He is not, however, going to be truly effective in space. He's not replacing Houston.

If they are drafting Dupree, it's to build for the future with Ford taking Houston's spot and Dupree taking over for Hali, not the other way around.
