  • Three million attendance? Take it to the bank.

It's a wonder that they didn't put the Cubs on. You hear they are calling up their top prospects.

On a related note I went to the game at Wrigley Sunday. The stadium isnt near as dumpy as I Was expecting. It was actually a pretty good time.

The changes they are making to the outfield are massive, its going to be interesting to see how it works out but I can see why the people across the street are shitting. Every apartment building outside the right field wall has a name like Cubs Roost, or Nest etc....and they are all getting ready to lose their view.

For as old as that stadium is, it's not nearly as bad as people make it out to be.

why is Jay hitting above Yadi? Other then that I have no complaints this year except 1st base. This team seems to be solid again.

If the Cards could just upgrade 1st base and maybe CF. But I am hoping Grichuk is the answer there. Other then that not really a weak spot on the roster.

Matheny explains its to go R>L>R.

But, it would have been way better to have Molina gap one with the bases loaded than Jay shoot it to the left side of the infield or roll over it to the right side.
