  • Made the NLCS 9 times including the last 4 years 2011-2014
  • Three million attendance? Take it to the bank.
  • 65 post season wins since 2004. 22+ wins more than any other team.

Well, with last night's win, it makes it a "win 1 of 3" rest of the series and get to the break kinda feel.

With 8 in Chicago and pitt, a 4-4 split isn't so bad.

Would be nice to take 3 of 4 thoigh and pit a few games in between

That is horrendous, do you know if it was mainly throwing or fielding issues? That throw across the diamond from third can become a mental block and hard to shake the "yips" for some players.

It was mostly fielding issues. He has a good arm. From what I read from those who saw it firsthand, his glove is terrible and his footwork is terrible. He made some bad throws, but it was almost all glovework and reaction time.

We really need Marco next year in the rotation. I don't see Lackey staying. I'd be okay, barring injury, with Wacha/Martinez/Waino/Lynn in the playoffs. Marco only needs to be the #5 starter.

What do you guys think is Marco's ceiling? Can he be a #3?
