I think it was Gordon last night, but someone worked a 17:38 into an interview last night. ****ing hilarious.

I know 17:38 is a Fetty reference, but wtf is 17:38 into the World Series. Maybe I'm a dumbass, but I really don't understand that.

The San Francisco Giants decided to send the Royals a special gift to celebrate their World Series win – Minsky’s Pizza!

“The San Francisco Giants just called – and they want to send 25 pizzas to Kauffman Stadium for the Royals and their staff,” said Kenny Kantner, Manager and Partner for Minsky’s at 51st and Main. It was a pretty exciting moment – especially when the Giants wanted to include this note: ‘Have fun planning the parade – and enjoy the ride!’”

After last year’s close final game, it was quite the classy move from the Giants, the Royals 2014 World Series adversary (and eventual world champions).

Within an hour after the call, Minsky’s steaming hot pizzas were on their way to Kauffman Stadium! Some lucky Royals staff members who were busy planning the parade were first to enjoy KC’s best pizzas while they waited for the Royals to arrive home.

One staffer summed it up pretty well: “Today has been nuts and you all are LIFE SAVERS!”

Minsky’s is glad to be a part of the celebration. Welcome back to KC, Royals!

5 games, the Hosmer run in occurred in the 17th hour and 38th minute of total game time played.

Not sure exactly how measured [first step on field, first pitch thrown, last strike, last fly ball into a glove, last ump fist pump confirming out, etc], but that's the narrative.

I don't know what LaConShitBag's problem is, but I want to ram it up his ass sideways, hang him upside down by it, and then beat him with reeds.

What a complete, butt hurt assclown.

Bob Dutton absolutely owning Doug Gottlieb! That's hysterical. We've had great beat writers between Dutton and McCullough. But that was awesome.

Fetty Wap 1738. The guys were fining each other if they did not work "1738" in to interviews.

This has been going on for awhile.

My guess is they measured it in such a way as to ensure they'd get the result they wanted.

Game times are first pitch to last out. This was from first pitch to scoring based on the time stamps of tweets. The link in post #29 shows the game times for each prior game and how it all added up.
