I'm getting close to taking the first perm job I've had in 12 years or so. 4 interviews in and its looking good. Everyone seems happy with the tech and what I bring to the table. Could be happy there. Maybe a chance to get off the contracting merry go round.

Funny. I'm considering going back to contracting. Much more lucrative and FT is not, in any way, guaranteed as I have learned. I took a pay cut to go FT with HP.

Benefits through a contracting company make up any difference. So my options are wide open. But the WAH is pretty sweet.
