Chiefs announce Bray as the backup QB
http://arrowheadaddict.com/2016/05/2...p-quarterback/
Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid made a surprising declaration on Tuesday afternoon. The Chiefs are still a little more than two months away from the start of training camp in St. Joe’s, but we already have some very interesting news on the depth chart front. Reid has proclaimed that Tyler Bray, not Aaron Murray or Kevin Hogan, is entering training camp as the primary backup quarterback to Alex Smith. Murray was a fifth-round pick back in 2014 while Hogan was a fifth-round selection in April. Despite being an undrafted free agent in 2013, Bray has stuck on the roster but never appeared or been active for a game in the regular season. He was placed on injured reserve last year after sustaining a torn ACL in a pickup basketball game. Bray has all the physical tools you could want. He’s 6-foot-6 and 215 pounds and at 24 years old, might finally be seizing the moment after sitting behind Chase Daniel and Murray. It will be fascinating to see if Bray can hold off Murray and Hogan in camp, not having thrown a competitive pass in two years. |

I might be too mature for Chiefs Planet.
And Bray? Did, does, and will always suck. |

If it really is him it will come out. He will only be able to contain himself so long. Those little remarks do make it kind of obvious though.
As many others I sure hope it is not if it is lets flush him again.

Why do people automatically gun down the prototype QB while stroking furiously to variations of "game manager Mike"? Twisted culture you've developed for yourself. |

It's a bizzaro world at Chiefs Planet. No where else would someone be able to brag about their personal success constantly and name drop all these people they claim to know while being considered an essential part of the boards' community. I don't get it, Dane's a ****ing douche.

Again, shit footwork and has never once in his entire career shown the ability to absorb a large playbook. He played playground football at TN and while most blame Dooley, he didn't help. You absolutely, 100% cannot win football games simply because you throw the ball hard. Throwing it where you want to is exponentially more important than throwing it far. Bray throws it far and that's it. He can't throw into windows with any regularity and so you can't even build an offense that asks him to do so. Again - please tell me what separates Bray from Ryan Mallett? Kyle Boller? J.P. Losman? What has Tyler Bray ever done well? His mechanics are shit. His ability to read defenses is shit. He's never demonstrated a significant amount of football aptitude. The guy is going to get cut. Reid's just giving him his last, best shot at proving he shouldn't be. It's smart by Reid and it's absolutely stupid for the people in this thread to think it means anything more than that.

He needs to be banned again. He is a troll that does nothing positive for this forum. This place has been much improved without his bullshit rhetoric.
