Who stood out in tonight's game?

I wasn't able to watch it, but I heard about Maclin. About time we have a player that won't take any shit. How did Tyreek do? Who else stood out? Thanks.

Bc his knees were swelling and inflamed later in the season. He got both knees scoped and cleaned out over 7 months ago.

He shouldn't be having these issues anymore unless his knees are just really ****ed and the cartilage is gone.

His knees are really ****ed.

But he just needs to be a warrior for about 8 weeks. Then Houston will be back and Ford can rotate in with him on the weak side.

We're still okay, but Hali needs to be pretty damn good for the first half of the season and if we have to run him into the ground over those 8 weeks, so be it.

Well it's not Tamba I'm worried about. Dee Ford doesn't look better as a pass rusher so far.

God I hope he doesn't let us down this season.

The safety wasn't entirely sure what he was trying to jump. He was looking into the backfield and watching the quarterback.

That's my point; it wasn't Conley's route that drew that bite, it was Smith's eyes. Whether the safety was collapsing on Conley or trying to drive on an out route from Maclin is hard to say because I'm not sure the safety even knows. He was looking at Smith and keying on the QB rather than the route.

I don't believe there's a significant drop in play from Ford to the next few options. Zombo is awful, Nicholas is really raw, Moses is steady but he won't light it up. Ford has more upside than those three, but I don't think it translates to production. With those as the expectations he can't let me down!

You are high. I'm not an Alex fan, but he's looked much better so far. There is a big gap between Alex and Foles at the moment. A lot of that may be familiarity, but none the less.

Sacks are only part of the story, look at his total pressures. Hell, some of you guys wanted to trade him off 3 years ago and he ended up LEADING THE LEAGUE in total pressures. Look at his leadership, look at his solid run game.

Twist whatever you want to fit your narrative, doesn't change the fact that he balls out, and hes a major asset to this team.

I was disappointed in Murray's fumbling problem. Still, he is a better NFL QB than Bray, IMO. Just gotta learn to take care of the ball.

Who's fault? Each play of the first half of Chiefs vs. Rams

Good breakdown of the first half. Ehinger noticeably stood out and not in a good way. Mitch Morse bailed him out a few times. But what do you expect? He's a rookie. He's gonna struggle some. Hopefully, he bulks up a lot in the off season.

Yeah, Aaron donald is a ****ing monster. The fact that he didn't dismantle Ehringer every snap is encouraging.

Let's hope so. Still is a little discouraging there's still been no news about a Houston return. 6-12 months is pretty vague.

I know you aren't still going with the false narrative that I guaranteed anything.

The only guarantee I'll make is that you'll have a stupid take at least once every other day.

The Good:

Alex-had a solid game. Only missed one wide open pass that Trent Green said looked like miscommunication between him and Maclin.

Conley- I like his attitude and he looks much better on his routes.

Reaves-for the second week in a row, made some tough yards in mop up duty. Averaged over 5 ypc. Seems to find holes where there are none and keeps grinding to positive yards. I would much rather keep him over Davis- who had a nice run back but could not even average a YPC on his few runs.

Foles- Had a descent game and solidified his spot as #2. Looks like a great signing so far.

Bad:

Chiefs D-line did not seem to get much of a push and did not create a pass rush.

Ford- no major impact to the game.

Murray-essentially fumbled the win away. Looks like he took his eyes off the snap and should have just jumped on it.

Andy- did not like the play calling inside the 10 yard line. Settled for a meaningless field goal instead of trying to punch it in on a run.

Ugly:

Parker- with one of his patented WTF were you thinking moments on a defensive pass interference. It was thrown short and he had plenty of time to turn around-which he might have had an INT. Instead he just hangs on. Big play that set the tone for the first half.

Run defense- once again KC was gashed for huge yards on the ground. March looked out of place on one big run.

Second game in a row Chiefs fail to close out what should have been a win. I know Andy does not care about Preseason-but it would be nice to play with a little more passion.
