Hey guys, our goldens had 11 puppies over the weekend. To better keep an eye on them during working hours (I'm coming home every day at lunch), we set up a webcam.

Take it from a guy that's raised 6 generations of bird dogs.

BUY A KIDDIE POOL NOW.
One of those plastic blue bastards.

The pups can't get out in a week and half once they start waking and it gives momma dog some more room.

Then you'll want to make your own feeding kennel when they get a bit bigger and can start jumping.
Use wood or hard plastic so they won't chew it. Never plywood or anything that can splinter.

Cedar is usually my choice. It absorbs the puppy stink.

The funniest part though, is the conversation it generated far exceeded the action on camera

"Here comes a boar family! and they're just kinda milling around drinking and not doing much at all"

I wonder whatever happened to Chagrin, last time I remember seeing him post was after his big trip to Russia, which was a good thread of its own

We try to keep an eye on them. Any time I see one off on his own I move him back over to eat. I'll go take a look though.
