Alex fumbling the ball on a strip sack play? Check

Alex taking a brutal intentional grounding call that ultimately killed the final offensive drive? Check

Alex misfiring on a likely TD passing play to a wide open Cyrus Grey that would have likely put the game away? Check

WELL Kelce did that last week by calling out the play calling in the Tennessee game.

Kelce could very well save this season and be the MVP of this team by having ballz. We will see how it plays out, but that so far has been the biggest moment of the season.

Now is the time for the Alex to show up. Hopefully he plays well and we succeed.

Winning another playoff game would be great, but at this point anything less than an AFCCG would be a failure.
It's obviously not all on Alex, but he's a HUGE part of how we'll do.

Hey, I've stated in other threads... I don't know for certain if Andy or Alex is to blame... so I blame both for the putrid offense we see most weeks.

If Andy has been telling Alex not to use his legs as much this season (which is his greatest asset) then screw him. Among other things.

He certainly played well enough to win, but I would put the % of the blame on him for the loss at higher than 1%.

It's not just the performance alone, it's about value and the actual value of the performance.

If we can get a rookie qb to do what smith does (would that be difficult looking at current rookies?) For a fraction of the cosr, why would you not do that?

That allows you to build a better offense around him, keep the defense intact etc.

Wins are a team statistic. QB play lends a hand towards that obviously, but they've won some games this year in ways they can't depend on going forwars.
