Too early to talk about the Steelers?

Listen, the odds of Miami not getting anally raped by Ben Rapeslisburger is low. There's no way in hell those guys beat Pitt on the road with a backup QB, especially after seeing them shit the bed at home today.

It's pretty much set guys. We're playing the Steelers at home.

Listening to Terez Paylor's post game video from KCStar Facebook page and Mellinger dropped something interesting in there:

"I talked to a prominent Chiefs player about possibly playing Pittsburgh again and they said this team wants to play Pittsburgh again. We haven't forgotten."

Good. After getting publicly humiliated on national television, they better not forget that.

I know I wouldn't.

The Chiefs have lost four-straight home playoff games.

Their last playoff win at Arrowhead? The Pittsburgh Steelers.

If you want to feel good watch Ben's game at buffalo two weeks ago. Watched most of that game. It will make you feel good. I strongly caution, however, that you don't watch bell run in that game.

Atlanta has quietly had one of the greatest offensive seasons in NFL history. It's funny considering how much press offense usually gets, but no one is talking about it at all. That's the same number of points as the 2000 Rams... which was their best offense during their "greatest show on turf" run.

Chiefs walked into a buzzsaw last meeting... as the Steelers were just humiliated 34 to 3 the week before.

KC and Reid haven't forgotten that game...at all. This is a revenge game similar to what KC took to Denver last year.

They have been very beatable away from Heinz Field...
Steelers have a pretty mediocre strength of victory: redskins, giants, and split with the Ravens.

It seems fitting to me.

Last playoff win...in Houston. Breaking the curse...in Houston.
Last home playoff win..vs Pitt. Breaking the curse...at home vs Pitt.

It just makes too much sense

Brady did them a solid last year. They are going to win the SB....enjoy your free weekends. It's always been about the "Brady Revenge tour"...it was put in place with the ridiculous witch-hunt. WWF style.

They are also the best team in the NFL...so it wont require much nudging. Brady has 15 TDs vs. 0 INTs on the road. That's just superhuman.

The Steelers won the weakest division in football and it wasn't even impressive.

The Chiefs defense will have its far share of problems with Bell but the crowd will help.

Bell will be the key. I do think the afc south is worse than the north. Not sure if the records say that but I think cin, bal, and pit are all the best team in the south. Maybe ten is equal to cin.
