The younger generation that grew up on Madden and fantasy football and have a very short attention span can't stand low scoring defensive battles. They want nothing but shootouts. Kind of sad, but it is what it is. To me a good defensive battle is great. But I grew up in a time where that was common and we didn't have "arena football" every week.
