Patrick Mahomes met with Chiefs

This is relevant because Miller is pretty close with the Chiefs in general.

They have also met with Watson (as Clay showed), and Trubisky.

I don't know if this makes sense to anyone, but because of the way the QB class is structured this year, if you aren't going to go all-in and push your chips up to get the very best of the class( Mahomes / Trubiski ), then it would be wise to look for the lower round prospect like Kaaya that fits the mold, and could potentially provide Russel Wilson-type value in the later rounds.

Someone project in the top 15 will drop to us. It happens every year.

You guys are never gonna get it, are you? Drafting a Qb is just too risky. Just wait, there's bound to be a decent qb who gets released by.. say the 49ers or the Patriots, or somebody like that. We just need someone to manage the game for us and not make too many mistakes.

The only QB I'm interested in KC drafting is Mahomes.

I know he's a raw prospect, but everything he lacks is coachable and KC has a huge coaching staff that are all great teachers.

I really like his playing style and I think it closely resembles Favre and he has a bit of McNabb in him, too.

If KC drafts him in the first, he could sit for 1-1/2-2years and be ready to hit the ground running.

The Brett Favre comparisons need to stop. There was a lot more to Favre then his physical ability.

Dorsey doesn't think any of the QB's are even close to game ready. He would only take this kid with a third if he was there in my opinion.

Dorsey is also a ****ing idiot. He had a chance to grab several excellent QBs before and he was too much of an idiot to pull the trigger. He's put himself in this situation. Go draft a quarterback and pray that he works out, he should have no say in the matter. Clark Hunt should force the matter. If the guy doesn't work out then Dorsey should be out of a job ASAP. **** this franchise and ****ing around with shit QBs for so long. It's time to shit or get off the toilet.

I'm with you all the way. Dorsey has done a fine job but when you fugg the the QB position it doesn't matter how much you are right at other positions. We have won jack shit and have the same type of shit QB play when Pioli was here.

Can you prove that? Athletic ability was the only reason that Farve got drafted, he wasn't an honor student and he had character issues.

I wonder what Dorsey didn't like about Dak Prescott.

Passed on him with a all 3 4th rounders and then took Hogan shortly after Dak was drafted.

probably didn't want to draft someone that would pretty much immediately come in and out perform Smith.....that might damage Smith's confidence.
