Personally, I am not rooting against the Dodgers either though. I will be happy with whoever wins. Houston was really the only AL team I wanted to see here. From the NL I would have been happy with any of them except the Cubs. In this matchup I just lean towards Houston for those factors I mentioned. I don't typically ever go with a team just because of conference/league affiliations though.

Trust me people here hated it, they lost a lot of fans. But started to get them back in 2015.

Let me ask you a question tho, what's the difference from deliberately tanking your team or accidentally doing it?

FWIW, I really couldn’t care less about the Dodgers. I was a 5 year season ticket holder, then they sold their broadcast rights to Time Warner Cable (now Spectrum) for $2 billion over ten years.

Less than 56% of Angelos get to see Dodgers games on TV (including me) so they’re basically out of sight, out of mind, for me.

But that doesn’t make me root for Houston.

Those are the worst. We had similar issues in Houston for the Rockets and Astros. Took a long ****ing time to get everyone on board.
