Both teams looked a little out of sync at times. The Colts had a couple of mistakes deep in KC territory. I would ask that the Colt front seven be given a little credit for bottling up KC's running game, which was supposed to wear the Colt's down. And Edge looked pretty fresh in the 4th QTR.

The Colts won for three reasons: Manning, Harrison, and James. KC didn't have the skill position, clutch situation performers to keep up. Morris may become the clutch WR we need eventually, however.

Manning was great, but he doesn't remind me of Montana (different styles). On a side note, damn he audibled a lot. It's definitely a sign of his maturity.

The Colts made some mistakes, as did the Chiefs, today. The difference is that the Colts have the offensive playmakers to makeup for their miscues. It's really pretty simple, the Colts have a team verging on greatness while the Chiefs are working hard for mediocrity. I understand we're rebuilding...

The Colts will play better as the season progresses. I believe the Chiefs will also, however, the Chiefs may contend for a playoff spot by winning the West, the Colts will play for home field advantage, all the way to the Super Bowl. Good luck Colts, unless we meet again this year.
