Unless he is a victim of hubris and doesn't correct his flaws. Even then, Dorsey + a strong head coach can absolutely turn that franchise around, and just in time for the AFC North to be a dumpster fire.

I believe that the Browns have tons of cap space to burn. Seems like a great spot for Dorsey to land. He can bring some talent in, overpay for it like he did here, and still be successful for a while.

Probably won't be a problem. He didn't get to pick his coach in KC either. Andy was hired first.

Yes, look at all that great talent he scouted on defense (nope), OL (nope), wide receiver (outside of Hill, nope).

I haven't read all the threads, has anyone blamed Dorsey for this shitty team yet? We took chances on guys with character issues with the idea that our locker room would take care of it. But we kept doing it, over and over, and now we have a team that's sloppy and soft.

I blame him for having a shit OL every year him and Reid have been here, zero depth and talent on defense, and nothing beyond Hill at WR. Oh, I almost forgot that I blame him for screwing our salary cap with overpaid contracts to Fisher, LDT, DJ, Hali, etc.
