Apparently, the 6th round Comp Pick for Foles was traded to the Rams, then included in the Quinn trade to the Dolphins.

In my research of the draft...most good players in the NFL come in picks 1-100. It’s like a wall that any pick after 100 is any good. There are exceptions of course.
