I know many moons ago we did some analysis here about defensive statistics and the biggest trend we found was that bad pass defenses could still win in the playoffs and even the Super Bowl. But bad run defenses simply couldn’t. Stopping the run seems to be one of the most important things a defense can do and evidently the Chiefs see it that way too.

I like this so far after calming down for passing on Oliver. They added some much need power on their DL. Got a good sub package player for Sutton

As we've seen against Pitt, when you can't stop the run it just allows the opposition to control the clock and ultimately leave your offense on the sidelines. It's happened In the last two playoff games now and Andy has clearly had enough.
