I remember in my twenties, my shift started at 7 am and I always set my alarm clock for 6:30. I don't know how I was never late to work.

Now I get up at 5:50

Why? Other than brush your teeth, what do you got to do?

Do you do yoga or meditation exercises to get you ready for the mental anguish that the day will make you endure?

Just starting the day feeling rushed, not your reeruned “mental anguish” angle

I want plenty of time to wake up and enjoy the things I mentioned previously, it’s not hard to understand... unless you’re just ****ing stupid
