Hang in there. Physical therapy does get easier, after a while. Could take a few months, so you have to be patient.

But stick to it; don't half-ass it or it won't be nearly as effective.

I get the sense you wouldn’t be so absent these days if it wasn’t a real drain on you... fight through this and get back ASAP
