Raiders' Henry Ruggs in fatal accident - will be charged with DUI resulting in death
Update: Not a rumor, actually happened. Story developing.

Per TMZ: 10:27 AM PT -- A source close to Ruggs tells us the NFL'er is expected to be OK. The condition of the other people involved in the crash is still unclear.

10:40 AM PT -- A law enforcement source tells us at least one person involved in the crash has died. Ruggs' attorney, David Chesnoff, tells TMZ Sports, "On behalf of our client Henry Ruggs III we are conducting our own investigation as of this writing and ask everyone to reserve judgment until all the facts are gathered."

At least he didn't flee the scene on foot...wonder what he was thinking...standing there watching that car on fire.

I'm sure this negates his contract...

22 year old, rich athlete in Vegas...like no one saw this coming when they moved.

3:30 AM on a Monday in that part of town...there wouldn't have been anyone out. That isnt the strip...

Just awful news.

If he was drunk, I hope he is punished severely. If this accident is his fault, I hope he is punished severely.

I hope the victim in this case went quickly and did not suffer (I see reports the vehicle caught on fire and they were found dead after the fire). I hope their family sees justice done.

What a tragedy. Especially in today's day and age, and especially in Vegas, where rideshares are ALWAYS available and cheap.

Not really...at least by Vegas sketchy standards. I know exactly where it is...it's about 5-6 miles west of the strip.

There are some nice neighborhoods just a few blocks away...the streets would have been empty.
