Placencia has great permit fishing. Tarpon is pretty good, too. You saltwater fly fish? You staying at Turtle Bay? Get the lobster omelet while you're down there. And Belizian rum is pretty awesome.
We were supposed to go to Belize in February but wife can't get a new passport because I owe back taxes. So I'm kicking it out a year and will hopefully have things worked out with the IRS by then. |
