In some ways it has made their job easier. They no longer have to wait to see what happens to a person when they get paid.

Those who quietly cash the checks, spend it wisely, and keep using their coaches to grind out a better version of themselves will continue to see their draft stock improve. Those who don't are exposing a red flag to go along with what are most likely other red flags.

How would a player be able to determine a mistake in installs anyway? It’s the teams’ plays they’ve drawn up, not the players’.

Are we just talking some sort of obvious typo sort of mistake or a play that just generally wouldn’t make any sense like a wonky route combo, some weird protections stuff?

It's a good question...if someone wants to see how easily these things can be used to paint narratives etc...

Go watch Jon Grudens video on youtube with Jaxson Dart, dude comes off like he's about as smart as a box of rocks talking about how he has no snap count he just claps...but I'm sure he interviewed amazingly right..

lol no you are blaming NIL. Your point was never "why is this one specific kid entitled and a full on dick bag" you're out here blaming paying players. My point is NIL had nothing to do with his garbage attitude and everything to do with how he was raised and the content of his character.

Saying NIL is just a cop-out because you want to make a larger point. A point that most of us think is a misguided one. Paying college players had very little to do with why Shadeur Sanders is a spoiled player with huge red flags. You're getting called out on a dumb assumption and you don't like it so you're moving the goalposts now.
