There are cheap universal remotes that have a Youtube TV button, but I've never seen one with buttons for specific channels.

If you have a video game console made this century, you can download most streaming apps to it instead of your TV, and use the game controller instead of a pain-in-the-ass TV remote.

You don't need individual buttons, gramps. Navigate to the Settings in the YoutubeTV app, click on Live Guide, and just adjust your channel listing to make those channels on top for easy access.

A lot of universal remotes have "blank" buttons that can be programmed to do a variety of functions, including quick access to streaming apps.

Yes you can use those to launch apps themselves. But grandpa Donger is wanting the equivalent of a TV remote with all the buttons taped off except for 3. You can't assign the buttons to individual stations within a streaming app.

With the YouTube channel guide you can customize the guide. Make your own guide. Call it something like Dongers fav's. Then select order channels by Dongers fav's. All your favorite channels will be at the top of the guide.

Yes, there is. Click on your account(little round icon) in the top right corner. Click Settings. Click Live Guide. Drag and drop to your preferred priority.

If it doesn't work on whatever weird device you're using, then use your computer.
