I like a thinner chicken breast for chicken parm. Flatten with a mallet between Saran Wrap or buy thinly cut breasts. Dip in flour then egg wash then back in panko. The Kinder flavored Panko is good. They have Italian seasoned and parm seasoned. I do a mix.

If it tasted good to you, then you did well, that's how I see it anyway.

Tasted fine, especially for a first attempt. I actually dredged up another chicken breast in flour and egg wash and will give it second try again tonight. Didn't get my chicken flat enough. Of course it's hard to get it flat with a garlic press.

Going to use canola oil and shredded italian blend this time, and real marinara.
