Week 8 begins....
Bicycle ride for 15 minutes at a medium-fast pace....keeping the Watts level at 70 Stair Stepper bicycle ride at a medium-fast pace pace for 15 minutes...and Watts level at 70 Arm pedal only for 15 minutes with Watts at 65 40 leg lifts with a 10 lb weight on each leg... 40 Step Up/Step down for each leg 30 pushups... within 1 minute 30 seconds Treadmill walk 15 minutes at 7% incline at 2 miles an hour gait. The focus continues to be more on my cardio.....I have my next test in 2 weeks. After that I do my Echocardiagram on June 24th.....and see my cardiologist on June 27th. I just know one thing.....I am glad I did the cardio rehab this time and wish I had been smart enough to do it back in October of 22 when I had my first heart attack. One last thing to my partners on here.....please make sure you stay on top of your health...be it heart, kidneys, liver, or any other organ necessary for your daily life. I would not wish any of what I am going thru to get myself back in shape on even the worst of my enemies. And thank you all for listening to me... |

Started PT this week. Concentrating on my core. Its for shit. Muscles are sore. Some of which I had no idea these was a muscle there. But, its squawking at me letting me know its there and not happy.
