Sources in Kansas City feel strongly that the Chiefs must select a cornerback with one of their first two picks in the draft, regardless of what happens in free agency. And the general consensus is they should shy away from their past history of selecting college safeties in looking to transform them into pro corners.

I think we need another D-tackle to play beside Sims. I think he can still be a quality player in the NFL but it's clear that he can't work against double-teams or be the biggest guy there. We need our Sam Adams or what have you.
