I am n00b so I will try and give you my perception on this. I do not think it will be addressed by the Icons, similar to a question about the unmentionable.
I do not think there is any graduation from the n00b catagory, I think it is an evolution. However, if you have seven thousand posts, you can be called a n00b by someone with more, or has been on the Planet longer. This is just my observation, it may be wrong but I do not think so.
