I'll just mention... these rankings are not done by Sporting News staff... they're done by a panel of experts called the "War Room"

I know that neither Pompeii nor Attner wrote any of those.

The War Room is their draft scouting department, their mocks are always horrible too. Thomas Davis was a 2nd rounder to them in the real draft he was pick 14. Just subtle things like that make me seriously question what they look at when judging players.

Then why is TSN heading the article? TSN has been losing more and more credibility every year in their football coverage. When I was a kid they were the best. Did the internet ruin them or what?

Oh, I think everyone here would agree that the War Room doesn't really know what it's doing... that's why they're being phased out.Those scouting reports are notoriously horrible around the office.

Those rankings are straight out of our Sporting News Pro Football Scouting Guide. Pompeii and Attner (the guys who actually cover football for us) have nothing to do with the rankings, the way I understand it.
