It seems that, while his play has been suspect, most of his problems in Chicago stem from pesonality issues.
He lacks motivation and his teammates don't like him. These are things that maturity and a change of scenery might cure. A good HC and OC might help, as well. I'm not sure that Jauron isn't in over his head. Yeah, I'd take a chance on him. I thought he was going to be the best of the QB crop when he came out.
